Artworks are to be paid in full into my account or via Sum-up. If this method is used, I reserve the right to add a small fee to cover the cost. Upon receipt of funds into my account, I will send the purchased and paid-for painting to you.
Shipping in the UK mainland is free. I will quote a price for overseas shipping. for overseas buyers, you will need to pay any internal taxes for the destination country.
I use the Royal Mail for small paintings to the UK. Otherwise, I get individual quotes from DPD, and Evri amongst others as well as quotes from Shipley for the larger paintings.
I will forward all details to you the buyer for your decision.
All items are robustly packed and insured until it reaches you to give you peace of mind. I ask that you contact me immediately in the unlikely event you have received a work of art that has been damaged in transit.
If in the unlikely event, you are not happy with the painting. Please email me at ashar@asharart.co.uk I offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through me.
The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Returns
If you are not happy with your artwork please contact me to arrange to return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must insure it for loss or damage in transit. Therefore, I advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.
2. I will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery. (that is if damaged after reaching you and not whilst being shipped) If this is the case, I will endeavour to make good the damage and will return the item to you the customer at your expense.
3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork with both artwork and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including the delivery slip, and at your risk and cost.
4. After I have received the artwork, I will reimburse you with the full purchase price of the goods returned.
